Elihu Burritt letter, 1850 Mar. 11.

Burritt writes to an unnamed German colleague in Leipzig, 14 Mar. 1850, discussing preparations for the Third International Peace Conference, organized by Burritt, to be held in Frankfurt. He describes the appointment of delegates from each state of the Union, and looks forward to the opportunity to demonstrate that peace is a world priority.
